Reports have it that President Muhammadu Buhari who returned to the country on Saturday an extended medical leave in London, would be working from home for now.
The President this morning transmitted a letter to the National Assembly informing the legislature that he was resuming duties after returning from medical treatment in London which lasted 103 days.
The PUNCH newspaper quoted a source which pleaded anonymity as saying that Buhari would be working from home because of an ongoing renovation in his office at the villa.
The source did not disclose how long the renovation will last.
But SaharaReporters, in a news flash, stated that the President would be working from home on doctors’ advise.
The online news medium added in the news flash that Monday morning’s broad ast by the President was pre-recorded in order to avoid any accident.
There are insinuations that President Buhari was rushed back home to avoid embarassment by the #ResumeOrResign protesters who started a sit-out in front of the Abuja House in London.
