Former Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, on Wednesday, led the Action Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship campaign rally in Ogun State.
Amosun, who is a Senator under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), also contested for the party’s presidential ticket.
Amosun stormed the venue of the ADC governorship candidate, Biyi Otegbeye’s campaign flag off at the Ake Palace Square, Abeokuta, on Wednesday.
Amosun had earlier said he would support the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, for the presidency but would support Otegbeye for governor.
However, the former governor was conspicuously absent at Tinubu’s campaign rally in Ogun State last Wednesday.
