Former governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, has insisted that the South must produce Nigeria’s president in 2023.
Fayose stated this in a post on his official Twitter handle on Wednesday.
Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, is the the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate for the 2023 election and he is from the North East zone of the country.
However, Fayose, who is a PDP chieftain, insisted that it is Southern presidency in 2023 or nothing.
According to the former governor, President Muhammadu Buhari is a two-term Northern presidency.
He added that he will unveil the details of the Southern presidency soon.
