Chief Niyi Akintola (SAN) has withdrawn from the All Progressives Congress(APC) governorship primary in Oyo State.
Akintola is one of the six aspirants vying for the ticket of the party.
A credible source told Newspeakonline that Akintola opted out of the race after discovering that the process has been skewed in favour of a particular aspirant.
With the development, only five aspirants are left in the race. They are Chief Adebayo Adelabu, Sen. Teslim Folarin, Engr. Hakeem Alao, Barr. Akeem Agbaje and Dr Azeez Adeduntan.
