Arsenal legend, Tony Adams, has been named manager of La Liga side Granada until the end of the season.
He replaces Alcaraz Lucas who was sacked due to the clubs ongoing poor league run. The club is currently 19th on the table with just 20 points.
This is Adam’s first managerial job since managing Gabala FC in Azerbaijan six years ago.
“After assessing the situation in the team is in, Granada CF has decided to part company with Lucas Alcaraz and his coaching staff,” read a club statement.
“In his place, the club has total confidence in Tony Adams, vice-president of DDMC, as head coach of Granada CF until the end of the season.”
