The NFF announced the Frenchman as the new Super Eagles technical adviser, but the deal if far from complete according to reports in the French press
Frenchman Paul Le Guen is yet to accept the role of Technical Adviser of the Super Eagles despite the announcement made on Monday by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Goal.com quotes French newspaper L’Equipe, Le Guen has rejected Nigeria as the NFF have yet to meet the terms and conditions requested by the coach to work as the new Eagles boss.
This comes as a blow to the NFF, although a statement released by the FAÂ on Monday evening alluded to the fact the deal was not complete.
“The appointments [of Yusuf Salisu and Le Guen]Â are subject to agreement of contract terms with the NFF Executive Committee,” the statement read.
