President Muhammadu Buhari has finally received the APC Presidential Nomination and Expression of Interest forms which a group of supporters under the aegis of Nigeria Consolidation Ambassadors Network (NCAN), bought for him last week.
The group purchased the N45 million forms for the president while he was away in China.
National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomole, received the team of supporters, who went to APC’s headquarter to pick the form for the President.
Many had criticised the move, asking the president ro reject the form.
But at a presentation ceremony held inside the villa on Tuesday, President Buhari accepted the gifts.
In 2015, Buhari claimed to be unable to afford the presidential nomination form, and was bought for him by supporters.
