Senate President Bukola Saraki returned to the Code of Conduct Tribunal to continue facing trial over corruption and false declaration of assets charges brought against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau.
The Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar adjourned the case till November 5 and 6.
The case was adjourned in anticipation that the judgement of the court of appeal on the matter.
The case started at about 10.30 am with journalists barred from using video and still cameras in the court room.
