All is now set for officials of World Council of Churches (WCC) to visit Nigeria in order to admit Celica Church of Christ into its fold.
The WCC officials visit to Celica Church of Christ under the leadership of Revd. (Dr) Emmanuel Adeonigbagbe, would be from Saturday, January 28,2022, to January 31, 2022.
According to a statement signed by WCC stalwart, Revd. Dr Simon Benjamin, the purpose of the visitation is to learn some basic things of the church as well as to share information about WCC and to address specific questions that may ensue.
The visit will also enable the WCC delegates to know the priorities, mission and vision of the church.
The statement further explained that the visitation will give room for the leadership of Celica and officials to rub minds on the history, structure and theology of the WCC.
The event will round up with a thanksgiving service on Sunday, January 30.
