Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has a very firm rule on sex for his players, Samir Nasir has been quoted as saying.
Guardiola had been accused of banning sex for his players, but Nasir explains:
“For him, his players’ sexual activity must take place before midnight in order to get a good night sleep – even if they are free tomorrow.
“Guardiola said that he placed this rule on Messi and his muscles improved since”
And Bleacher Report quoted the manager as saying:
It is impossible to play good football if you don’t make sex with your partner…. I never did that (ban it) and
