Former national security adviser, Sambo Dasuki and four others, have been granted bail to the tune of N500 million by an Abuja High Court.
But they will still be remanded in Kuje prison until they perfected their bail conditions.
In his ruling, Justice Peter Affen said all cases against the accused persons are bailable.
“The point to underscore is that all the charges against all accused persons are extremely bailable,” he said.
Other accused persons are former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa, former minister of state for finance, Bashir Yuguda, Shuaibu Salisu, and Sagir Bafarawa.
They were asked to provide two sureties in like sum as well as deposit their international passports.
The judge adjourned the case till February 2 and 3 2016.
