All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji has won his polling unit with a landslide.
Oyebanji secured 296 votes his Ward 06, Unit 003, Ikogosi, Ekiti West Local Government Area.
Bisi Kolawole, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), secured just one vote while Segun Oni, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) flagbearer, had zero vote.
The Action Democratic Party (ADP) candidate, Kemi Elebute-Halle, also lost her polling unit to Oyebanji, placing third overall.
She secured 32 votes, Oyebanji had 47 votes, Oni polled 39 votes, while Kolawole got 21 votes.
The APC governorship candidate also won the polling unit of Biodun Olujimi, the PDP senator representing Ekiti South.
Oyebanji polled 141 votes, while Kolawole had 110 votes. Oni scored 35 votes to place third in the polling unit.
Similarly, the SDP governorship candidate, Oni, won his Ward 04, Unit 06, Unit 06, Ward 04, Ogbon Iro, Ifaki Ekiti, Ido-Osi Local Government Area, with a wide margin.
Oni polled 218 votes, to defeat APC’s Oyebanji, who had 15 votes.
PDP’s Kolawole scored two votes to place a distance third.
