Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, has said the Independent Campaign Council (ICC) would deliver the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, through the grassroots mobilisation.
The minister, who is the director of contact and mobilisation of the Tinubu/Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council (ICC) spoke on Monday in Abuja, during the inauguration of the council.
Fashola, who was represented by the Minister of Environment, also an assistant director of the council, Barr Mohammed Hassan Abdullahi, urged the committee members to work tirelessly at the grassroots.
“We must do mobilisation and door-to-door campaign to deliver our presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2023. It is not going to be easy, but it achievable.
“We will go to all the nooks and crannies of this country to mobilise people’s support for our candidate and we shall achieve victory,” he said.
