Nigerian artistes, Stanley Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay and Temilade Openiyi, also known as temsbaby, have arrived in Nigeria.
The duo and Muyiwa Ayoniyi, who was arrested with them in Uganda and others landed at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos via Ethiopia Airline on Thursday afternoon.
Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) confirmed the arrival of the artistes in a post on its Twitter handle.
They were arrested by officers of the Uganda police in Kampala, the country’s capital, over the weekend for flouting COVID-19 regulations.
A Ugandan court, however, ordered their release on Tuesday. Court documents confirming their release were shared by Ugandan celebrities and media organisations on social media.
