Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele has invited Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Wanni, to join her production team.
Wanni, during a conversation with other housemates on Wednesday openly expressed her admiration for Akindele, calling her an industry icon and lauding her impressive career and high-quality films.
She also expressed her desire to collaborate on one of Akindele’s projects, a moment that was captured in a video and shared by the housemate’s fan on social media.
The fan tagged Akindele, urging her to consider Wanni’s request.
Showing her usual openness,Akindele responded positively, saying: “Will be waiting. All the best dear.”
Fans have since praised the actress’ kindness and dedication to mentoring the next generation of creatives in the Nigerian film industry.
