The governor of Gombe State, Inuwa Yahaya, on Tuesday, emerged as the new chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum (NGF).
Yahaya, who was elected governor in 2019, won his re-election for a second term in the March 18 election.
He will take over from the outgoing chairman of the forum and Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong,
Lalong was elected chairman of the forum in 2019.
