The lawmaker representing Oluyole federal constituency in the House of Representatives and Chairman, House Committee on Diaspora, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, has unveiled a seven-point agenda for her constituency over the next three years.
In a statement issued on Saturday to celebrate her first year in office, the lawmaker said, “as we commence the second year of the 9th Assembly of the House of Representatives, I look forward to achieving more in the second year and beyond. I reiterate my commitment to serving my people through my 7 Prong Strategic Objective Agenda – WWREEEP.”
According to Akande-Sadipe, WWREEEP stands for W- Worthy Laws; W- Water; R- Road; E- Education; E- Empowerment; E- Employment and P- Power.
The lawmaker listed some of her achievements in the last one year to include: Sponsorship of students for the West African Examination Council and the National Examination Council exams; N25 million scholarship scheme for undergraduates; Donation of materials to Lako community for the construction of the bridge linking Lako and Abeku community; Flagging off the construction of additional 3 classroom buildings in Alaho Grammar School and Ayegun/Oleyo Primary School; COVID-19 pandemic water relief to locations in Oluyole federal constituency; COVID-19 pandemic cash relief to constituent; Flagging off the rehabilitation of 200m Odo-Ona Elewe road (Taska) and engaging FERMA on the quality and rehabilitation distance among others.
She thanked the All Progressives Congress(APC), leaders of the party in the state and Oluyole federal constituency, her staff and members of her constituency for supporting her at all times.
“I could not have achieved all these by myself, the 365 days achievement was made possible because of the collaboration and commitment of my constituency office team, my Abuja legislative and administrative team and my committee clerk and his team. I appreciate your support and thank you for supporting my ever ending professional demands and long hours,” the lawmaker added.
