“Buy the house and you marry the owner”.
That is the additional information to an internet advert for the sale of a house in Indonesia. The house is a single-storey property with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a parking space and a fish pond. It is located in Sleman, on the island of Java, is on the market for 999 million rupiah (about $75,000).
The owner, Wina Lia, is a 40 year-old widow since 2000 and the owner of a beauty salon.
Reports said she has tried dating but without success.
She told news site, Kompas: “My goal is that this house be sold. But if I meet another partner, it is important that he be single, whether a bachelor or a widower, responsible and mature.”
“She also said she hoped her potential mate would be a good father to her two children and a religious man who would not object if she wore a headscarf.”
