The United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Marcia Fudge, has said she’s honoured to lead her country’s delegation to the inauguration ceremony of Nigeria’s president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Fudge stated this in a post on her Twitter page on Wednesday.
“I am honored to lead the presidential delegation to Nigeria to attend the inauguration of His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” she wrote.
Fudge was appointed as the head of a nine-member delegation by President Joe Biden to attend the May 29 inauguration.
Other members of the US delegation to Nigeria are:

Sydney Kamlager-Dove, United States Rep (D), California.
Marisa Lago, Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, US Department of Commerce.
