Aviation workers, who are protesting against poor working conditions and entitlements, on Monday blocked access roads to both the international and domestic wings of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos.
The situation has led to serious gridlock along the access roads to the airport, with the entrance of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two (MMA2) mostly affected.
According to The Cable, an airport official said while the access roads have been blocked, flights operation are still ongoing as scheduled.
