The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), on Thursday, released the cut-off marks for universities and polytechnics in the country.
The decision was taken after a session comprising officials from JAMB, Ministry of Education, National Universities Commission (NUC), and the National Board for Technical Education(NBTE) among others.
For the universities, the cut-off mark of 140 was approved, while 120 cut-off mark was approved for polytechnics.
Recall that Newspeakonline had earlier reported that 378,639, representing 21.5%, scored above 200 out of 1,761, 338 candidates that wrote the 2022 UTME.
