A former governor of Oyo State, Sen. Rashidi Ladoja, voted at exactly 12:50pm at Unit 13, Ward 10, Ibadan North Local Government Area.
The unit had 750 registered voters.
Speaking with newsmen after casting his vote, Ladoja commended INEC for the massive improvements brought to the exercise which made him complete his voting within three minutes.
