Leicester City have appointed a new manager to replace Claudio Ranieri whomwas sacked last week.
Craig Shakespeare has been named manager by the club’s Thai owners. The team, under the 53-year old former England coach since Ranieri left, has impressed the club owners.
Leicester have won their last two matches and the victories have lifted them away from the relegation zone.
Owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and son Aiyawatt held talks with Shakespeare this week to discuss the plans going forward. He will stay as manager till the end of the season when a new deal may be brokered.
