The Tinubu Transformation Agenda 2023, otherwise known as TITAN 23 has enjoined Nigerians to work together in order to make the country better for all and sundry.

The group in a Christmas and New Year message signed by its National Coordinator, Hon. Adamu Ahmed and National Publicity Secretary, Dr AbdulAzeez Olatunde, said it believes that Nigeria is not “bigger in landmass than Russia, Canada, USA and trails China and India in population, yet these countries never disintegrated.”

“TITAN 23 is of the belief that we can make Nigeria work better because there are advantages in our togetherness,” it said.

The group also urged citizens to adhere to the government’s directive of keeping social distancing and avoid “over-celebration” during the Christmas festivities “due to the current resurgence of COVID-19, most especially another strain of found in Britain and other European Countries , Asia and America.”

“TITAN 23 believes that tough time never last but tough people do, even though the outgoing year 2020 is rounding off with a lot of our illustrious compatriots departed, we pray for the forgiveness of their souls with their creator.

“We, however, believe that after the rampaging COVID-19 will come a dynamic and resurgence Nigerian economy,” the statement said.

It commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the release of the 344 Kankara schoolboys abducted in Katsina State and charged security agencies to put in more efforts at combating banditry and kidnapping, especially during the yuletide season and beyond.

The group challenged Nigerians to volunteer information to the security agencies “in order to support their efforts in our own interests.”

“TITAN 23 wishes to admonish our compatriots to cooperate with the Federal Government by linking up our SIM CARDS with our NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, so that government can identify and apprehend the people of the underworld, engaging in banditry and kidnapping,” it said.

“We wish our Christian compatriots compliments of the season and Merry Christmas as we join the global community in marking this year’s celebrations which is the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

“We also wish Nigerians prosperous cross over to 2021 and accomplished sojourn in there,” the statement concluded.
