LG appointments: I remain loyal to Ajimobi, APC cause – Olatubosun

The Coordinator of Ajumose Coalition Movements(ACM), Dr. Wasiu Adewale Olatubosun has again reiterated his unwavering loyalty and commitment towards the success of the second term in office of Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi as well as the continued dominance of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC) in the state.

Olatubosun made the remarks in Ibadan on Wednesday on a popular public affairs programme on radio where he addressed the crises rocking the appointment of new caretaker committee chairmen for local governments and Local Council Development Areas.

He debunked reports that he is aggrieved after being dropped from the position, maintaining that he remained totally faithful to the governor in the successful administration of the state by always being a liberal party promoter.

He denied ever sponsoring any group of people from either within or outside the state to stage a protest against the party in the state.

Olatubosun therefore advised “the unscrupulous elements within the government and party to be cautious of destructive rumours they bandy around in the name of politicking”.

In view of his stewardships as the immediate former caretaker chairman of Ibadan North West, he asserted that his administration concepts while in the office were tailored around popular demands of the stakeholders despite the meagre financial resources compounded by the heavy wage bills of workers militating against the massive execution of the intended people oriented projects across the 11 wards of the council area.
