A man simply identified as Musa Bello has been arrested by residents of Amuloko area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, with a fresh human head of an unidentified woman.
The suspect had attempted to conceal the head in a sack, but his suspicious behaviour drew the attention of passers-by, who promptly accosted him. Upon inspection, a fresh human head was found inside the sack.
On interrogation, Musa revealed that he is part of a syndicate that deals in the sale of human body parts.
He has been handed over to the police for further investigation.
