The video of a woman and her daughter, fighting over a man, has gone viral on social media.
The incident happened in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital.
In the video, both the mother and daughter were seen slugging it out with each other over the same man, that came on a visit to their house.
The man, according to a Kenyan medium, Murang’a, was said to be in a relationship with the daughter and had paid her a visit in the same house she stays with her mum.
The lady became suspicious when she caught her mum stealing glances at intervals at her boyfriend during the visit.
When the lady discovered that her mother had cooked and dished some food for him in the kitchen, she confronted the man for allowing her mother cook for him, and for eating and chatting with her mother in the kitchen, without calling her from her room.
Both the mother and daughter were later seen exchanging words and engaging in a brawl that escalated to the streets, thereby, drawing the attention of neighbours and passers-by, who were astonished at the cause of the fight.
The incident has caused a strain in the mother and daughter’s relationship.
