Arsenal have completed the signing of Shkodran Mustafi from Valencia in a deal worth up to £35million.
The 24-year-old German centre back becomes the Gunners’ second signing of the day following the arrival of Lucas Perez from Deportivo La Coruna for £17m.

Mustafi becomes Arsenal’s sixth signing of the summer, following Granit Xhaka, Rob Holding, Takuma Asano – who has already joined Stuttgart on loan – and Kelechi Nwakali.
Other last minute deals in the EPL include:
David Luiz – PSG to Chelsea
Mario Balloteli – Liverpool to Nice
Moussa Sissoko – Newcastle to Tottenham (£30million)
