Former governor of Enugu State, Chimaroke Nnamani, has described the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as his friend, brother and colleague.
Nnamani, a serving Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senator has been in public eye since last Friday, after he was named in the 422-member presidential campaign council of the ruling APC.
Also, Nnamani’s campaign flyer with a picture of Tinubu and the senator, accompanied by the caption, ‘Ebeano 4 Tinubu 2023’, went viral on social media, on Tuesday.
A Twitter user, Henry Shield, had posted the flyer and asked Nnamani if he was working for Tinubu.
Replying, Nnamani said: “Tinubu is my friend, brother and colleague. I have great respect for him,his political antecedents and strides in governance. And I am very proud and well pleased with him. Any body belly aching should go ….. himself.”
