The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, has lost his grandmother, Madam Mariani Ogunwusi. She died at the age of 103.
The centenarian, popularly called Mama Alaso, was the wife of Pa Joseph Olaobaju Ogunwusi, Ooni’s grandfather, who died 18 years ago.
