The Osun State government has declared Monday, June 13 a public holiday to mark “June 12”, which falls on Sunday.
“June 12” is the commemoration of the annulment of what has been adjudged the freest and fairest presidential election in Nigeria’s history. Unfortunately, the election, which brought Late Moshood Abiola up as winner was annulled by then Military Head of State, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB).
