The campaign trail which started from the party’s state office at Oke Bola went through strategic locations like Molete, Idi Arere, Oja’ba, Beere, Oje, Gate and Bodija soliciting for the people’s support during the forthcoming general elections.

While addressing newsmen during the road show, the governorship candidate of the party, Senator Olufemi Lanlehin said his government will focus on the people and engage in people friendly policies if elected.

“We will focus on the people, It is not about gadgets. It is not about CCTV that does not work, all those CCTV are just for contracts and for making money.

“We will focus on the people. People of Idi Arere, Beere, Kisi, Igboho, Ogbomoso, we will make sure that their progress and happiness is our primary concern,” he said.

Lanlehin also promised to ensure that there is money in circulation.

“I will make sure we give them(people) money to feed and money to take care of themselves,” he said. “We will not take their money through security votes, we will not take their money through unnecessary contracts. Bogus model schools, bogus bridges, bogus roads will come to an end. Our policy will be people, people and people”.

In her own speech, the Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial district, Senator Monsurat Sumonu, who is seeking reelection on the party’s platform described ADC as “a peaceful party that is full of people oriented policies”

On his part, Honourable Segun Olaleye representing Ibadan North constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly assured that the party will fulfill “all its electioneering campaign” if it assumes power.
