Oyo State Police Command has invited popular Ibadan-based skit maker, Abdullahi Maruf Adisa, aka Trinity, over a disturbing viral skit content making round on social media concerning a female minor.
The command disclosed this via a post on its Twitter account, on Thursday.
“Popular content creator, Abdullahi Maruf Adisa AKA Trinity has been contacted and invited at the Oyo State Police Command in connection with the disturbing viral skit content making the rounds across the Social Media space concerning a Female Minor.
“Updates would be provided soon,” the command wrote.
Recall that the Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, had called for Trinity’s arrest over the skit.
Adejobi had previously warned skit makers who use pranks for a living to regulate them because they endanger the lives of Nigerians.
He urged people who have been affected by the skit makers’ pranks to report them to the authorities.
“This is rubbish and criminal. This guy should be arrested and charged to court. We will act as soon as possible. I hate this scene. Child abuse!!!” Adejobi tweeted.
