The lawmaker representing Oyo South Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Sen. Sharafadeen Alli, has congratulated the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Revenue, Dr Zacchaeus Adedeji, as he bagged doctorate degree in Philosophy.
This was contained in a statement personally signed by Alli, which was made available to newsmen in Ibadan, on Friday.
Adedeji was a former Commissioner for Finance in Oyo State during the administration of late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi and immediate past Executive Secretary, National Sugar Development Council (NSDC).
He bagged his doctorate degree from Faculty of Management and Accounting, Obafemi Awolowo University(OAU), Ile Ife.
Alli congratulated Adedeji on achieving his dream of becoming a doctorate degree holder, describing it as well deserved.
The lawmaker said that the president’s adviser had over the years shown exceptional abilities in every assignment he found himself.
“I am overjoyed to hear that you have just bagged a doctorate degree. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on this outstanding accomplishment. This is another demonstration of your dedication and fortitude,” he said.
Alli described Adedeji as a seasoned technocrat and astute financial expert, who has displayed exceptional capability at every duty call.
The lawmaker said that the new attainment coupled with his recent appointment by the president were enough pointer of his quality and track records.
“Now that you’ve reached this milestone, I hope you find happiness and fulfillment in your life as well. Once again, congratulations,” he added.
Adedeji is an alumnus of Federal Polytechnic Ede, OAU and Harvard university, where he had graduated with flying colours.
