OYSHIA opens office at LAUTECH teaching hospital

The Oyo State Health Insurance Agency (OYSHIA) has opened a fully-fledged office at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso.

The new office is a great addition to its growing presence across all communities in the state. The agency was previously at the General Hospital in the town before opening the new standard office middle of July.

According to the Executive Secretary, Dr Sola Akande, it is a fully-fledged office with staff that handle enquiries, enrolment, change of hospital request, enrollees’ complaints and assist enrollees upgrade their subscription to higher plans. “Interested enrollees can complete the registration process there because it is a fully-fledged office.” He said.

The office is located at the GOPD area of the hospital complex.

OYSHIA offers affordable health insurance for all residents of the state beginning with the standard plan which costs N8,000 per year and N28,000 for a family of four.
