Paraguayan President Horacio Cartes and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attended the inauguration ceremony on Monday.
Guatemala had relocated to Jerusalem on Wednesday.
Reports say countries like Czech Republic, Romania and Honduras considering the move.
Paraguay’s move comes a week after more than 60 of Palestinians died in clashes with Israeli forces as they protested against the US in Gaza.
