The ancient city of Ibadan, especially Mapo Hall, is already agog for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, despite naira and fuel scarcity.
Thousands of party members, chieftains and supporters have already taken position at the venue of the rally, with Ibadan-based Fuji star Rashidi Ayinde Merenge dishing out impressive tunes to entertain the crowd.
The ecstatic crowd is increasing by the day as they gyrate and wave their hands and brooms in response to the musical lyrics.
The APC campaign team, is still being expected as of press time.
