The book which officially launched on February 26, 2018, outlines Moghalu’s plans for a better Nigeria by dissecting each sector, stating the problems with the sector and giving the solutions required for these sectors to actually move forward.
Moghalu, a political economist, lawyer and former United Nations official, was a Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, between 2009 and 2014.
The book reading event will hold by 11am at the ISGPP premises, No 24, Awolowo Road, Bodija, Ibadan.
According to the Prof. Olabode Lucas, chairman of the ISGPP Readers Club, the event will provide an opportunity for a robust discussion on the book considering its relevance to the current socio-economic and political realities in the country ahead of the 2019 elections.
Moghalu’s views about governance and leadership in relation to the ideas in his book will also be up for discussion.
Authors, scholars, academics and public policy practitioners will be in attendance.
