Nigerian hip hop singer, Majemite Ekele, popularly known as Oritsefemi, on Sunday, had a car accident that almost claimed his life.

The singer, who survived the fatal accident, was rushed to hospital for immediate attention, and is currently hospitalised.

Oritsefemi’s car somersaulted at Saapade, along Lagos-Ibadan expressway, Ogun State, and crushed beyond repair.

He, however, survived the crash without any major injury.

Oritsefemi, who thanked God for making it out alive, took to his Instagram story to share the news with his fans, posting pictures of the crashed vehicle.

“Thank you Almighty,” Oritsefemi wrote.
