A teenager and two other juveniles have been charged for gang raping of a 15-year-old girl, and posting the video on Facebook.
Gregory Wagner, 17, and two 15-year-old boys met the girl in a skate park and invited her back to one of their homes on May 29, police told ABC 12.
Fox 6 reports that the three Wisconsin teens gave their victim a “dirty Sprite,” which contains prescription cough syrup and soda. The girl was not aware of the contents of the beverage.
According to court documents the girl said she became dizzy and her legs became weak. She fell off the porch and woke up inside a garage, where Wagner and another boy took her clothes off and repeatedly raped her, police said. A third boy put his hands around the girl’s neck as she screamed about seeing a “bright light,” which she suspected was from a camera.
The girl, left bleeding, was able to call a friend for a ride home.
The light she saw was indeed from a camera, as a video of her vicious attack was posted online by her attackers, police said.
Thanks to the tracing of the video the trio was arrested June 8. Wagner was charged as an adult with two counts of child sexual assault and could face up to 80 years in prison if convicted, while the other two boys were charged as juveniles.
