What would you do if you accidentally sent a very private and personal email to the wrong recipient. Alright, Gmail has an “Undo Send” feature but it works as long as you realise the mistake and click “Undo Send” within 30 seconds.
But what if you realised the mistake 5 minutes later? The depression and regret you’d feel might know no bounds. But yet another solution, a saviour, was launched recently. It is called “UnSend.it”.
UnSend.it is a service that allows a user to unsend or edit any email after it had been sent (even after being opened by the recipient).
It’s major advantage is that you can use your existing email address, all you need do is sign up for an UnSend.it account and follow instructions to configure your email address.
The service wrote on its website: “UnSend.it removes all content from the body of the email (including any attachments) you sent. The email itself will always remain in your recipient’s inbox along with the subject line – however, all email message content will be removed”
