Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir el-Rufai, has narrated how former Lagos State Governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, emerged as the presidential candidate of the All ProgressIves Congress (APC).
El-Rufai, who spoke on TVC programme, ‘Journalists’ Hangout‘ on Thursday evening said the Northern APC governors, especially those from the North West zone agreed that power must shift to the South in 2023, adding that they eventually settled for Tinubu after consulting President Muhammadu Buhari.
