The third edition of Akeem Kareem Foundation symposium will hold on Thursday, March 17, 2022.
The symposium, titled, ‘Soro-Soke Generation: 2023 and The Way To Go,’ will hold at Jogor Events Center, Liberty Road, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The event, according to the organisers, will start by 11am, and it will witness the maiden edition of ‘Award of Excellence.’
The Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, Honourable Segun Ogunwuyi, will be the keynote speaker, while the Executive Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission, Professor Adeolu Akande, is the Chairman of the event.
Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Lekan Balogun Alli, Okunmade Ii, is the Special Guest of Honour, while the Executive Chairman, Osun SUBEB, Hon. Ajibola Famurewa, is the Distinguished Guest of Honour.
Dr Yinka Ayefele, the Chairman/CEO, FreshFM Nigeria is the Chief Host of the event.
The symposium would be moderated by Professor Olu Ojedokun of the Department of Political Science, Lead City University, Ibadan.
The discussants are Honourable Shina Peller, Founder, Lead Generation Initiative; Honourable Abd Wasi Musah, Former Deputy Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly; Dr Mutiu Agboke, Resident Electoral Commissioner, INEC, Oyo State; Mrs Bolanle Sarumi-Alliyu, Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Diaspora Matters; Honourable Sikiru Sanda, Chairman, Egbeda Local Government and Chairman, Oyo State ALGON; Mr Teju Ajibowo, Publicity Secretary, African Action Congress, Oyo State chapter; Mrs Yemi Taiwo Alabi, mother, journalist, farmer, entrepreneur and values advocate
The Host is the Founder, Akeem Kareem Foundation, Mr Olanrewaju Akeem Kareem (OAK), who is also the Group Head, Human Resource and Administration, Fresh FM Nigeria. Kareem is a Public Affairs Analyst and Passionate pro-youth individual.
Olowu of Owu Kuta, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama, is also expected at the event among others.
