The Excutive Secretary of Oyo State Health Insurance Agency (OYSHIA), Dr. Sola Akande, has said that the agency will never compromise on its services.
Akande stated that the services that were promised are still being rendered because the agency will never promise what it can’t render.
He also explained that OYSHIA has improved on its customers relations, adding that there is always a standby team to attend to enrollees via the agency’s social media pages and text messages.
Akande stated that customers will always get a reply to their inquiries within 24 hours.
