The All Progressives Congress senator stated further that the budget also supports non-oil sector export which will enable Nigerians go into local production and exporting.
He explained that the special intervention funds such as the N500 billion for the recruitment and training of 500,000 teachers across the country, will also drive the economy forward.
On the delay in passing the budget, Akanbi assured that it was nothing to worry about because new budgets takes effect from April of every new year.
