The case of Yewande Oyeniran, the female lawyer who allegedly murdered her husband, Lowo Oyeniran at their home in Ibadan three months ago comes up today at the State High Court.
While many are suspecting that Yewande, being an employee of the state government, is being protected and may be let off the hook in the murder case, #Justice4Lowo is now being promoted on Twitter.

One of the promoters is Women’s rights activist, Joe Odumakin who tweeted with photos this morning:
We learn this matter is coming up in court today in Ibadan and we want it come up in everyone’s mind
#Justice4LowoJustice is for all, male and female alike!

It would be recalled that two weeks ago, Odumakin was joined by rapper, Ruggedman and other women to walk against rape along Moremi Hall in UNILAG.
The walk was geared towards putting a stop to rape and sexual harassment which have become rampant in the country.
