Popular Yoruba comic actor, Kunle Adetokunbo, popularly known as Dejo Tunfulu is dead.
National President of Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr Latin, broke the news of Dejo’s death to newsmen, on Friday.
Amusan said the deceased died on Thursday evening.
He said the sad occurrence was shocking as the late Adetokunbo still attended a party three days ago.
“Yes, we lost Dejo Tunfulu, I am so shocked because he still attended a party three days ago.
“May God grant him eternal rest, the association will communicate to the public further,” he said.
The cause of Dejo’s death couldn’t be ascertained atls of now.
He was born on May 31, 1972, in Idumota, Lagos Island area of Lagos State and hails from Ikija, in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
He is known for his role in ‘Yemi my Lover,’ ‘Hally the Drummer’ and ‘Jide Jendo.’
