Police have reportedly stormed the residence of the sacked chairman of the disciplinary committee, Park Management System (PMS) in Oyo State, Mukaila Lamidi, aka Auxiliary, and recovered ammunitions.
Recall that the state governor, Engr Seyi Makinde sacked Auxiliary and dissolved the PMS on Monday, after taking his oath for a second term in office.

It was gathered that the police team stormed Auxiliary’s residence at Olodo on Monday evening after an intelligence report that they were planning to launch an attack within Ibadan, the state capital, on Tuesday.
While Auxiliary reportedly escaped, some of his boys were arrested.

Some of the items recovered at the residence include 474 live cartridges, cash, charms, cutlasses, knives, guns among others.
Efforts to get the reaction of the Oyo State Police proved abortive as the command’s spokesperson, SP Adewale Osifeso, did not pick his calls or reply to a SMS sent to his line as of the time of filing this report.
