A bomb blast rocked a community radio station, TAO FM in Okene, Kogi State, at about 8pm on Monday, killing four persons and leaving many others injured.
Unconfirmed reports said that those killed were mainly security personnel, who might have confronted the assailants as they were trying to deliver their deadly goods.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack but the state Police Public Relations Officer, Shola Collins, who confirmed the incident, said that police detectives had already been mobilized to the scene of the incident.
He said the police would do anything humanly possible to unravel those behind the act and bring them to book.
According to him, the attack affected part of the radio station building, adding that four persons had already been confirmed dead, while many were still in various hospitals in the area.
