Obasanjo, in a statement he personally signed on Wednesday, titled, ‘Statement on Violence Against Protesters In Nigeria: An Appeal for Calm,’ said it was obvious that President Muhammadu Buhari and his lieutenants didn’t exhaust all avenues before deploying soldiers.
